 She is skilled in Men, Womens and Childrens hair precision and Razor Cutting, Color, Foils, Demensional coloring, and Styling from casual to formal up-dos.

An experienced hairstylist employed at DeCarlo's for 24 years.  I have specialized in a wide range of color techniques and hairstyle on all types of hair.  I enjoy seeing all my clients and always look forward to meeting new people.

Hello I'm Kristy. I have been a hair stylist for 20 years. I love it! I enjoy doing all kinds of services- men's cuts, kid's cuts, women's cuts, color, foiling, up-dos for special occasions, and even facial waxing. I do my best to fulfill my client's experience from the beginning of their service to the end.

Hi everyone, my name is Maggie.  I have been a professional hair stylist and colorist for 15 years serving women, men, children and entire families in Arlington Heights.  I joined the staff at DeCarlo’s in January 2015 and am very excited to work at such a well run and fun salon.  I love providing all forms of hair services for and especially enjoy exploring and finding what works best for both new and long time clients. I am a people person who is genuinely thrilled with giving you great style and a relaxing time when you visit DeCarlo’s.

Hi! I'm Mia.  As the newest member of the DeCarlo's staff, I am excited to work in a fun, energetic, and new environment.  I enjoy doing cuts and styles on both men and women and staying current with the latest trends in the hair styling industry.  I also love doing updos for formal occasions.  My main goal is to ensure the client is happy with their results by listening to what they want and figuring out a style that is best for them.  I'm looking forward to meeting lots of new people and helping them achieve the look they love!

Shannon has been employed at DeCarlo's since 1998. She specializes in formal occasion hair and foiling color techniques. Making clients feel beautiful and fashionable is a very strong personal goal of hers. Keeping with the trendiest styles and color is what she strives to achieve everyday in the salon.

 I really enjoy my job and love the atmosphere of the Salon. If you are looking for a special cut or color, you won't be disappointed with me! I also enjoy up-do formal stylings for weddings, dances, etc.
