Policies

Arrival: 

Please arrive to check-in five minutes before your scheduled appointment. 

Appointments: 

We strongly recommend that you reserve your next appointment before leaving the salon.  If at any time you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another member of our team, please let us know.  We believe the right stylist/client match is very important. 

Late Arrivals: 

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals.  Calling ahead gives us the best opportunity to evaluate the situation.  However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide service, especially if your arrival is much later than anticipated. 

Cancellations/No-Shows: 

We understand that sometimes your schedule will change unexpectedly.  We ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule a reservation.  This allows our Salon Coordinator the opportunity to contact guests on our waiting list.  No-Shows will be rebooked at the discretion of the management.  We would prefer that you postpone an appointment, rather than just not showing up or calling.
